TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Program Overview

The Activation Code is a 4-session intensive coaching program designed to help accomplished women reconnect with their inner wisdom and create meaningful next chapters.

Program Includes:

- 4 private coaching sessions featuring the SOAR Model

- Sessions 1 & 4: 90 minutes

- Sessions 2 & 3: 60 minutes

- 3 Self-reflection workbooks using WISE methodology

- Email/text support between sessions

- Complete program materials

Payment & Refund Policy

- Program investment: $497

- Payment due in full 48 hours before first session

- Full refund available if cancelled 48 hours before first session

- No refunds once program begins

Session Policies

- Sessions scheduled at mutually agreeable times

- 24-hour notice required for cancellations

- Rescheduling must occur within program period

- Sessions begin and end at scheduled times

- Late arrivals do not extend session duration

While advance notice is appreciated, I understand that emergencies arise. In such cases, I will work with you to find a reasonable solution that serves both of us.

Communication & Support

- Email/text support available during business hours (9am-5pm CT, Monday-Friday)

- Response time within 24 hours

- Emergency contacts provided upon program start

Coaching Methodology

The Activation Code utilizes:

- SOAR Model for transformation

- WISE Process for integration

- Women-centered coaching principles

This program is:

- Future-oriented

- Solutions-focused

- Transformation-based

- Integration-supported

This program is not:

- Psychotherapy

- Mental health treatment

- Medical advice

- Financial advice

Confidentiality & Privacy

- All session content is strictly confidential

- Exceptions only for legal requirements or potential harm

- Session recordings used solely for certification purposes through the Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching

- Recordings will be deleted upon completion of certification unless client requests otherwise

- Basic contact information and coaching hours documented only for certification requirements

- Client may be contacted by Institute representatives to verify coaching relationship

Program Expectations

Client agrees to:

- Attend scheduled sessions

- Engage actively in the process

- Complete integration practices

- Communicate needs clearly

- Provide notice for schedule changes

Coach commits to:

- Maintain professional standards

- Provide agreed-upon services

- Honor confidentiality

- Support client growth

- Maintain clear boundaries
