After 34 years of developing talent and building successful teams in corporate America, I discovered something profound: our next chapter often calls us when we least expect it.

At 61, I embraced my own transformation, combining my decades of leadership experience with revolutionary woman-centered coaching methods to create something new: a space where accomplished women can safely explore their next evolution.

I understand the complexity of mid-life transformation - the desire to honor our achievements while yearning for something more authentic.
